OpenTalent is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to provide hands-on IT support in a large manufacturing facility in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León. You will troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals, assist end users, and keep technology running on-site.

Responsabilidades

Support factory floor PCs and end users across the manufacturing environment, troubleshooting hardware, software, peripherals, and robotics systems.
Monitor general support queues and big screen tracking systems to identify and respond to issues in real time.
Install, maintain, and repair computers, servers, peripherals, and related IT equipment.
Provide technical support for software applications, databases, and client service platforms.
Interface with third-party vendors to troubleshoot issues and service disruptions.
Troubleshoot and resolve outages in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure software license compliance across supported environments.
