DYOPATH is seeking a Desktop Support Analyst II to support technology in a large-scale manufacturing environment where uptime and hands-on troubleshooting directly affect daily operations. This isn't a traditional office-based role; you’ll work on-site with production teams, handling hardware, printers, scanners, and OT equipment.

You’ll troubleshoot issues, replace hardware, and collaborate with internal and external teams, while maintaining service levels and a strong focus on customer service

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Desktop Support, Technical Support, Field Support, or a related IT support role.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience supporting computer hardware and peripheral devices.
• Ability to diagnose, isolate, and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Ability to perform physical tasks associated with supporting technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and end-user support for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues affecting users and business operations.
• Support desktop computers, printers, scanners, barcode devices, and related equipment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and replace hardware as needed.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and collaborate with internal and external support teams.
• Maintain asset management and device inventory records.
• Deliver excellent customer service while communicating technical information effectively.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts that enhance the end-user experience.
• Support operational and manufacturing technology environments while maintaining established service levels.
