• Ability to manage IT equipment lifecycle and asset management.
• Demonstrated customer-focused attitude and professional communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-line IT support to end users for a seamless workplace experience.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, mobility, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, relocate, and lifecycle-manage IT equipment including workstations.
• Support Microsoft-based environments: Windows, Microsoft 365, Teams and mobile tech.
• Act as trusted point of contact, delivering responsive support and service.
• Coordinate hardware deployments, replacements, upgrades, and asset management.
• Monitor incidents and service requests to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to workplace infrastructure projects and technology refresh programs.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage IT assets and spare parts.
• Collaborate with internal IT teams and external partners to improve services.
