GoodLeap, LLC seeks a Collections Manager for our Mexico City on-site team. You will oversee the collections department, supervise staff, and ensure timely billing and recovery of outstanding debt, collaborating with other departments in CDMX.

Bilingual in Spanish/English is required. A finance-related bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in credit/collections and 2+ years in management are expected. Competitive MXN salary offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance or related field.
• 3–5 years direct experience in credit and collections.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; bilingual in English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, manage, and audit collections strategies, processes, and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for the CDMX office, fostering cross-functional partnerships across departments.
• Develop strategies to increase successful collections of outstanding debt and recoveries.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate collections staff and ensure performance against goals.
