GoodLeap is seeking a Collection Manager to supervise the collections department at the CDMX office. You will lead strategies to collect outstanding debt, manage staff, and partner with other departments to optimize processes. This role requires bilingual English/Spanish and a finance-related background.

You will oversee compliance, implement credit policies, and drive cross-functional collaboration to improve performance and efficiency across the organization.

Formación

• 3–5 years of direct credit and collections experience.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee collections strategies, processes, and reporting to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for the CDMX office and cross-functional collaboration.
• Develop strategies to increase successful collections of outstanding debt.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate team members based on projected collections.
• Collaborate with internal/external departments to enhance collections performance.
• Implement credit policies and procedures aligned with corporate objectives.
