GoodLeap is seeking a Collection Manager to oversee the company’s financial collections at our CDMX office. The role leads the collections team, aligns cross‑functional partners, and drives strategies to maximize successful debt recovery.

Requirements include a finance‑oriented bachelor’s degree or equivalent, 3–5 years in credit/collections, 2+ years in leadership, and fluency in English and Spanish. Compensation is MXN 950,000 to 1,050,000 yearly plus benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in finance.
• 3–5 years of credit and collections experience; sales, negotiation and persuasion tools.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee, manage, and audit collections strategies, processes, and reporting to ensure effectiveness, accuracy, and compliance requirements and expectations.
• Serve as the primary onsite leader for the CDMX office, guiding multiple GoodLeap departments.
• Create and implement strategies to increase successful collections of outstanding debt.
• Recruit, hire, train and evaluate potential team members based on projected collections.
• Collaborate with internal and external departments to enhance collections strategies, processes, and performance.
• Implement credit policies and procedures that meet our corporate objectives.
