Job summary

The Citigroup Mérida branch is seeking an entry-level Teller to deliver high-quality, client-focused service on-site in Mérida, Yucatán. You will perform cash handling, deposits, and routine transactions while maintaining accuracy and security in daily branch operations.

Responsibilities include greeting clients, identifying product opportunities, promoting digital channels, and adhering to Citi policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous relevant experience preferred.
• Demonstrated sales and customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for Citi clients with friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform banking transactions including cash deposits and maintaining branch cash.
• Identify referral opportunities for new products and services based on client’s financial goals.
• Educate clients on digital and self-service opportunities offered by Citi.
• Adhere to bank policies, operational controls, and regulatory procedures to ensure safety and security.
• Maintain working knowledge of client accounts and products offered.
