Philips Iberica SAU is seeking a Partner Operations Manager in Mexico to optimize distributor partnerships and drive performance across the indirect channel.

You will manage onboarding, contracts, training, and enrollment in partner systems, collaborating with PAM to review results and identify growth opportunities. This office-based role requires strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in partner operations, sales operations, channel management, or related field.
• Experience working with distributors, partners, or indirect sales channels.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary operational link between Philips and distribution partners.
• Manage onboarding of new partners: registration, contracts, documentation, training, portal enrollment.
• Support partner performance reviews with PAM; analyze results and identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and evolve operational processes, metrics, and reporting structures for partner growth.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales operations teams on channel management initiatives.
