Delinea seeks a Channel Partner Operations Manager to optimize partner-facing processes, policies and reporting. You will drive PRM improvements, partner metrics, and cross-functional alignment with sales, legal, product and marketing to scale partner programs globally.

In this role, you’ll analyze data to uncover trends, implement scalable processes, and enhance compensation and incentives while ensuring data quality across platforms.

Formación

• Self-starter mindset in a fast-paced, growing partner program.
• Experience in partner operations, channel marketing or RevOps within tech.
• Strong Salesforce knowledge and data reporting capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Support sales operations, strategy, and process improvements for channel teams.
• Develop and execute channel sales processes to maximize productivity.
• Be the go-to contact for channel teams on sales productivity, forecasting, and opportunity management.
