Formación

• Previous Night Manager or similar hotel leadership experience.
• Experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel or high-energy environment.
• Strong knowledge of Front Office and overnight operations.
• Calm, confident decision-maker able to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the hotel’s overnight operation, ensuring smooth guest experience.
• Serve as senior point of contact for guests, colleagues, and overnight partners.
• Handle guest requests and issues with professionalism.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Security, Engineering, and F&B.
• Oversee late arrivals, VIPs, room moves, wake-up calls, early departures.
• Ensure overnight procedures and safety protocols are followed.
• Review daily reports and financial information with accuracy.
• Support the Night Audit process and proper transactions.
• Provide thorough handovers to morning team for continuity.
• Motivate overnight colleagues and maintain a calm working environment.
• Identify opportunities to improve after-dark guest experience.
