• Previous experience in an Assistant Housekeeping Manager, Supervisor, or similar hotel leadership role.
• Experience in a luxury lifestyle hotel, boutique hotel, or high‑energy hospitality environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operation of the Housekeeping department.
• Coordinate cleaning of guestrooms, public areas, back‑of‑house spaces, and residences.
• Inspect cleanliness, presentation, comfort, and brand standards.
• Manage room assignments, staffing, schedules, and coverage.
• Coordinate with Front Office to support guest journey.
