Park Hyatt Mexico City in Polanco invites a seasoned Front Office Manager to lead the department from opening onwards, aligning with Hyatt's brand standards and luxury guest experiences.

You will oversee guest services, desk operations, and team leadership, while collaborating with Rooms and F&B to deliver flawless service to business and leisure travelers visiting Mexico City.

Fluency in English and Spanish and a strategic, guest‑obsessed mindset are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Front Office Manager in a luxury hotel.
• Pre-opening experience is highly desirable.
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills.
• Service oriented with professional presentation skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the Front Office department.
• Assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing Front Office operations.
• Engage with guests, colleagues, owners and communities to uphold Hyatt standards.
