The Standard, Mexico City is seeking a Guest Relations Manager (Security Manager) to oversee safety and security operations across the property, ensuring a secure, welcoming environment for guests, residents, and staff. You will lead a high-performing team, implement security policies, and coordinate with local authorities as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, extensive security management experience in luxury hospitality, and fluency in English and Spanish.

Formación

• Proven leadership in a security-focused role within luxury hospitality or high-end properties.
• Experience in hotel security risk management, regulatory compliance, and life safety programs.
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams; data-driven decision making.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Security department to ensure a safe environment.
• Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and emergency plans.
• Mentor the Security team and deliver ongoing training and development.
