Lever, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Money Movement in Mexico to own end-to-end money movement across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins, and payouts.

You will shape infrastructure for settlement, reconciliation, liquidity, and treasury and partner with banks/PSPs to align with a scalable API architecture. The role blends customer-facing product ownership with operational and financial infrastructure responsibilities, requiring strong cross-functional collaboration and a track record in fintech

Formación

• 4+ years of product management experience for Senior-level consideration, or 7+ years for Lead-level consideration.

Responsabilidades

• Own money movement product surface across on-ramps, off-ramps, pay-ins and payouts.
• Build scalable infrastructure for settlement, reconciliation, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
• Define payments operating models including settlement cycles, reconciliation cadence and transaction processing.
• Collaborate with Finance/FinOps to build robust processes and reduce manual reconciliation.
• Partner with shared payments infrastructure to align rail and API architecture.
• Evaluate payment solutions across corridors and identify standardizable vs corridor-specific capabilities.
• Manage relationships with partner banks and PSPs and align with product requirements.
• Analyze corridor economics including fees, FX spreads, and adoption incentives to inform pricing.
• Apply AI-native product practices to accelerate execution and reduce manual work.
• Coordinate with retail product and infrastructure teams on priorities and delivery.
• Own end-to-end performance and evolution of money movement capabilities.
