Amazon Access Mexico is seeking a Program Manager III to own end-to-end workstreams across regulatory influence, payment performance, financial modeling, and automation. You will work with Amazon, Invex, PROSA, and Mastercard to drive measurable business outcomes using data-driven insights.

You will build cohorts, perform funnel analyses, and develop analytics dashboards with SQL and QuickSight, translating complex data into actionable strategy for senior leadership.

Formación

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end program delivery across payment performance, customer acquisition, engagement analytics, and automation workstreams.
• Build analytical frameworks using SQL, QuickSight, and GenAI to diagnose problems and inform strategy.
• Influence external partners and regulators via evidence-based analysis to drive outcomes without formal authority.
• Design financial models, unit economics frameworks, and attribution methodologies to evaluate sustainability and inform funding decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities that reduce manual operational burden across teams.
• Monitor and recover key payment metrics via root cause analysis and cross-company coordination.
• Translate data into narratives for leadership and support planning cycles.
• Collaborate across Product, Tech, Finance, BI, and partners to deliver on roadmap.
