The Citi Payments and Receivables team in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the roadmap for payments and receivables solutions that align with business strategy. You will lead end-to-end development, coordinate with technology and business teams, and meet milestones across multiple initiatives.

As the primary contact for partners, you will translate market needs into actionable features and present performance and governance updates to senior stakeholders.

Formación

• 6 to 10 years of experience in product development.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on experience leading cross-functional initiatives from concept to delivery.
• Analytical mindset with ability to analyze data quality and translate findings into decisions.
• Ability to build relationships with partners, tech teams, and business managers.
• Experience creating clear business and technical requirements documents and project plans.

Responsabilidades

• Define and deliver the product roadmap for Payments and Receivables solutions.
• Manage the full product development lifecycle across multiple initiatives.
• Act as primary contact for commercial partners and align product developments with market needs.
• Engage with clients to present product capabilities in clear terms.
• Identify solutions across data analytics, reporting, and workflow automation to improve performance.
• Embed regulatory requirements throughout the development process and ensure governance.
