Belvo is hiring for a Product Manager to lead the Payments vertical in Mexico. This role focuses on enabling Direct Debit (Domiciliación Bancaria) via an API-driven platform, driving automation and scalable processes while collaborating with multiple internal teams and external providers.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in fintech product management, a hacker mindset, and a passion for data-driven decision making. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities and a focus on customer impact.

Formación

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in fintech or payments.
• Experience in the Mexican payments ecosystem.
• Founding or early employee experience at a startup, or building products from 0→1.
• Strong developer mindset: prototypes or code MVPs with engineers.
• Data-driven mindset: able to extract, analyze, and visualize data.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Payments vertical in Mexico, one of the company’s most successful product lines.
• Manage and mentor the operations team, drive automation and data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with providers and clients to identify and define new opportunities.
• Drive new product initiatives from ideation to production and scale successful solutions.
• Define a shared vision and roadmap across the organization, aligning teams.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations, Legal, and Finance for alignment.
• Use data to refine requirements and guide decisions.
• Delight customers by building lasting relationships and proactive guidance.
• Move fast and break down big problems into actionable steps.
• Define and track OKRs to measure impact and communicate progress.
• Communicate priorities and updates clearly across seniority levels.
