Clara is seeking a squad lead for BillPay MX in Mexico City to own the full product experience for payments, disbursements, and back-office tooling. You will coordinate with engineers, design, compliance, and enterprise sales to ensure reliable payment flows and regulatory alignment.

The role demands hands-on product leadership in a payments infrastructure environment and the ability to work closely with banking partners and regulators in Mexico.

Formación

• 5+ years in product management, with at least 2 years owning a payments or financial infrastructure product
• Track record of shipping products that move business metrics
• Hands-on experience with payment rails, banking APIs, or financial infrastructure at a product level
• Comfortable working with engineers as peers

Responsabilidades

• Own discovery, prioritization, and outcomes for the BillPay MX squad and improve payment success, reconciliation, and churn
• Deeply understand SPEI infrastructure and extend to cross-border flows
• Maintain and evolve banking partner relationships from a product perspective
• Own compliance signals for SAT, CNBV, and AML obligations
• Define and track key metrics: payment success rate, settlement time, reconciliation error rate, time-to-resolve
• Design and iterate disbursement workflows for single and bulk transfers
• Prototype with AI tools before engineering time and contribute code through PRs
