BMW Group is seeking a MINI Sales Area Manager for Mexico City to drive regional sales performance, develop the dealer network, and implement strategic initiatives across sales channels. You will collaborate with Marketing, Finance, CRM, and Operations to optimize volume and profitability while advancing retail and digital sales processes in a dynamic market.

Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, economics, finance, or mechanical/industrial engineering.
Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and influence without direct authority.
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills with a business orientation.

Responsabilidades

Owns volume and contribution margin targets across all sales channels for the MINI brand in Mexico.
Plan and optimize sales volume, model mix, and profitability, aligned with strategy and targets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Digital, Finance, CRM, and Operations to execute cohesive campaigns and journeys.
Identify and pilot new ideas or technologies to boost efficiency and customer experience.
Forecast, budget, and support activities based on sales trends and targets.
Standardize sales processes across the dealer network to ensure consistent customer experiences.
