Siemens in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Key Account Manager to lead the northern region for automotive customers and drive Siemens Digital Industries portfolio adoption. You will collaborate with customers to craft tailored engineering and production solutions, while aligning regional strategies with global initiatives.

The role requires extensive experience in automotive sales, strong C-level engagement, and a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across partners and internal groups.

Formación

• At least 5 years working in the automotive industry.
• Secure and sovereign behavior dealing also with C-Level.
• At least 7 - 10 years working experience including shown experience handling complex business relationships and working within cross functional teams/processes to achieve goals.
• Experience in automation and industrial software solutions and any other related field 7 - 10 years.
• Knowledge of the Mexican automotive market.
• Travel availability 50%.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Siemens Digital Industries portfolio of products and services in the northern region for focus automotive customers.
• Support Automotive customers to take advantage of Siemens solutions more effectively.
• Analyze and evaluate markets and needs of potential or existing customers to identify additional sales potential.
• Drive customer-specific global strategies and integrate new solutions from our growing portfolio into the customer landscape.
• Work out tailor-made solutions with the customer in Engineering and Production environments.
• Execute sales targets for direct/indirect, local/international business.
• Coordinate workshops and events related to the portfolio of products and services.
• Participate in orders and revenue business planning.
• Support the overall assigned KAM organization and plans sales volumes and potential of key targeted customers.
