Sanhua International is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to oversee recruitment for our Mexico operation, handling both white-collar and blue-collar roles and ensuring efficient processes across manufacturing and office functions.

You will consolidate recruitment resources, build local talent networks, standardize procedures, manage data dashboards, and support regional AI projects within the group.

Formación

• Strong coordination and project management skills.
• Experience coordinating recruitment processes is a plus.
• Ability to build and maintain candidate networks.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment for white-collar and blue-collar roles in Mexico.
• Standardize recruitment processes and document procedures.
• Develop and maintain local manufacturing talent networks and partnerships.
• Build integrated dashboards and reports for recruitment data and KPIs.
• Track time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness and onboarding status.
• Support AI project initiatives related to talent acquisition.
