Job summary

Amazon Inc. is seeking a Regionalization Manager in Mexico to lead end-to-end optimization of the AFN network. You will partner with Supply Chain, Operations, Tech, and Finance to improve placement, connect outbound, and reduce end-to-end costs.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent analytical and communication skills, and a deep understanding of e-commerce supply chain dynamics. You will engage with stakeholders at multiple levels and drive end-to-end improvements across the network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of program or project management experience
• 3+ years of cross-functional work with tech and non-tech teams
• 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvements using data and metrics
• Bachelor's degree
• Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL
• Experience defining program requirements and using data to drive improvements
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end Regionalization for the Amazon Fulfillment Network (AFN) in Mexico.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to optimize inventory placement and end-to-end supply chain costs.
• Audit processes and communicate with key stakeholders to enforce standards and metrics.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and track key metrics for inventory placement across channels.
• Create dashboards for real-time monitoring of operational metrics.
• Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership in Mexico and Rest of World.
