Amazon Logistics (AMZL) Mexico seeks an Expansion Program Manager to translate business needs into actionable projects with clear milestones. You will coordinate support teams and work with Operations to manage complex infrastructure initiatives, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery outcomes.

The role requires hands-on leadership, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive expansion across MX operations. Availability Monday–Friday with on-site presence is essential.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in program or project management.
  • 5+ years cross-functional collaboration with tech and non-tech teams.
  • 3+ years defining and implementing data-driven process improvements.
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).

Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the project management and change management program for investment projects.
  • Support project owners and teams from conception to execution.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure collaboration across teams.
  • Drive MX operations improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Develop a culture of continuous improvement and risk-aware reporting.
  • Lead end-to-end process excellence with formal reports and risk analysis.
