Amazon Mexico is seeking a Head of Strategic Supply Chain to own strategies that drive inventory availability and cost efficiency. You will lead cross-functional teams across procurement, logistics, and operations in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, process improvements, and implementing scalable programs such as direct fulfillment and source optimization to maximize sales and margins.

Formación

• 7+ years in retail, operations, or program management with negotiations and delivering results.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree preferred.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Improve Instock metrics and inventory health through data-driven actions.
• Forecast inbound/outbound inventory flows and manage inventory health.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead times for reliable flows.
• Develop sourcing best practices and optimize sourcing channels.
• Lead root-cause analysis, develop action plans, and drive improvements.
• Implement audit mechanisms to identify defects and reduce waste.
• Automate systems to streamline vendor-Amazon operations.
• Collaborate with Operations and Fulfillment Center teams on inventory management.
• Hire and develop interns and Associate Instock Managers.
