Job summary

Amazon in Mexico is seeking a Senior Program Manager for External Fulfillment to lead cross-functional initiatives that drive growth and operational excellence for seller-managed fulfillment programs in Mexico. You will manage end-to-end delivery from conception to implementation, scaling solutions for a better seller experience and expanded Prime-eligible selection across the region.

The role requires leading multi-stakeholder initiatives with Product, Operations, Transportation, and Tech, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing experience.
• Experience leading analysis, customer segmentation and/or product behavior analysis.
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing).
• Experience using SQL or analytical tools for data analysis.
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across locales to drive alignment.

Responsibilities

• Scope, design, and deliver programs that support External Fulfillment network expansion and strategy.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, Transportation, Sales, and Technology to define requirements and timelines.
• Manage relationships with leadership, retail partners, and operational teams to ensure alignment.
• Leverage metrics to identify improvements, track program performance, and make informed trade-offs.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce seller friction and scale fulfillment capabilities while maintaining high standards.
• Develop contingency plans and manage escalations to keep programs on track.
