Amazon in Mexico City seeks a senior leader to own the multi-year Middle Mile transportation strategy, spanning network design, transit time, analytics and procurement across Mexico. You will shape plans from Fulfillment Centers to Last Mile hand-offs and partner with Finance, Tech and Operations to scale solutions.

You will lead a diverse team, drive executive reviews, and influence senior stakeholders to deliver long-term growth for Amazon's transportation network across the region.

Formación

• 7+ years of team management experience.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 7+ years of transportation and supply chain experience.
• 5+ years of people management, including 2+ years as a manager of managers.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Speak, write, and read fluently in English.
• Experience influencing senior stakeholders and delivering cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience using data and analytics to drive decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year transportation strategy for Middle Mile Mexico, balancing Cost, Speed, Capacity and Customer Experience.
• Own the annual network plan and the quarterly capacity commit: node footprint, lane design, mode mix and 1P vs 3P.
• Own the transit time promise and DEA across the network, including methodology and governance.
• Own transportation procurement: carrier sourcing, contracts, rate cards and cost per unit.
• Own the strategy and multi-year roadmap of every Middle Mile program and hand it to operations to execute.
• Own the single source of truth for network speed and cost, including KPI scorecards for leadership.
• Own headcount planning and investment proposals with Finance.
• Build mechanisms to align strategy and execution and lead executive reviews.
• Hire, develop and mentor a team of Program Managers and Analysts.
