Wallenius Wilhelmsen seeks a Senior Manager, Mexico People Partner to lead people strategy for the country. You will partner with site leadership and global People teams to align local programs with business goals while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations and corporate standards.

You will guide organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning across multiple sites, driving engagement and responsible change management in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing labor relations in Mexico, including unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or geographic locations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes through People strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic Business Partnership: Act as the primary People advisor to business and site leaders across Mexico.
• Employee & Labor Relations: Lead labor relations strategy, manage unions, and advise on complex employee relations issues.
• Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with Mexican labor laws and corporate policies, oversee audits.
• Talent & Organizational Effectiveness: Drive performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
• Data, Analytics & Change Management: Monitor workforce metrics and support change initiatives across sites.
• Leadership & Collaboration: Develop People teams and collaborate with global and regional stakeholders.
