Wallenius Wilhelmsen seeks an experienced Employee Relations Manager to lead employee and labor relations initiatives across Mexico. The role advises leaders and employees, handling complex matters while ensuring compliance with local labor laws and alignment with people strategies.

You will partner with HR leadership to strengthen engagement and maintain positive labor relations. The successful candidate will bring seven+ years in ER/LR, strong investigative and negotiation skills, and fluency

Formación

Minimum seven years of progressive experience in HR, Employee Relations, or Labor Relations.
Experience in manufacturing environments.
Strong knowledge of Mexican labor laws and regulations.
Proven experience with unions and collective bargaining processes.
Fluency in English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

Investigate and resolve complex and sensitive employee relations cases promptly.
Manage complaints, grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution processes.
Ensure consistency and fairness in applying policies and decisions.
Partner with VP HR for Mexico and Panama to develop relations programs.
Analyze feedback to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
Provide guidance on labor laws, policies, and employee relations matters.
Design and deliver training on employee relations and conduct.
Represent the organization in labor negotiations and grievance processes.
