Wallenius Wilhelmsen seeks a Senior Manager, Mexico People Partner to lead people strategy for the country. You will partner with site leadership and global People teams to align local programs with business goals while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations and corporate standards.

You will guide organizational effectiveness, talent development, and workforce planning across multiple sites, driving engagement and responsible change management in a multinational environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive Human Resources or People leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing labor relations in Mexico, including unionized environments and collective bargaining agreements.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employment regulations.
• Experience supporting multiple sites, business units, or geographic locations.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive business outcomes through People strategies.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and consulting skills.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish.

## Senior Manager, Mexico People PartnerApply: Querétaro, Querétaro, Mexico: Full time: Posted Today: JR000101### About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and strategic **Senior Manager, Mexico People Partner** to serve as the senior People leader for Mexico. In this role, you will partner closely with business leaders, site leadership teams, and global People functions to align local People strategies with business objectives while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor regulations and corporate standards.As a trusted advisor, you will lead People initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, talent development, labor relations, and workforce planning across multiple locations.
