Stand8 Technology Consulting is seeking an experienced HR Strategy Operations Manager to shape and drive the people strategy for our Mexico operations. You will translate business goals into workforce plans, advise leadership on organizational design, and build HR frameworks enabling scalable growth in Mexico.

Day-to-day HR administration is supported by an operations team, while you set the strategic direction, ensure regulatory compliance with Mexican labor law, and partner with account

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field.
• 7+ years progressive HR experience including strategy/workforce planning.
• Proven advisory experience with senior leadership in Mexico.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and employment practices.
• Experience designing full-cycle recruiting and talent strategy.
• Experience with HR analytics and HRIS/ATS.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder influence.
• Experience scaling HR functions during growth.

Responsabilités

• Translate business goals into workforce plans and headcount.
• Advise leadership on organizational design and scalability.
• Set compliance framework with Mexican labor law.
• Shape EVP, retention strategy, and culture initiatives.
• Support account directors to ensure legal compliance.
• Lead organizational change and growth initiatives.
• Develop HR analytics dashboards for leadership.
• Track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and SOPs.
