Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a payroll professional in Mexico to ensure accurate and timely compensation while complying with local regulations. On-site in Apodaca or Reynosa, you will apply your Mexican payroll expertise and use SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or TRESS to process payroll and support audits.

Reporting to Payroll Management, you will collaborate with HR colleagues to improve processes and implement new payroll technologies while maintaining data integrity and security.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Mexican payroll and personnel administration.
• Knowledge of ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT regulations.
• Experience with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or TRESS.
• Strong data analysis and problem solving.
• English proficiency for global communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness.
• Review payroll taxes and statutory obligations for compliance.
• Lead payroll audit activities with documentation and reports.
• Improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and control.
• Respond to payroll inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and stakeholders.
