Job summary

Danfoss is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage Mexican payroll processing and ensure accurate, timely compensation for employees in Apodaca or Reynosa. You will review ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT obligations and support audits with precise documentation.

Experience with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, or TRESS and strong data analysis is required. English proficiency is essential for our global team and collaboration across HR and payroll functions.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Mexican payroll and personnel administration, including payroll calculations, taxes, and statutory obligations.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican payroll regulations including ISR, IMSS, INFONAVIT.
• Experience with payroll/HR systems such as SAP, SAP SuccessFactors or TRESS; strong data analysis and problem-solving.
• Ability to support payroll audits, compliance activities, and process improvements with accuracy and organization.
• English proficiency for global business communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing with accuracy and timely compensation.
• Review payroll taxes and statutory obligations to maintain compliance with Mexican regulations.
• Lead payroll-related audits by preparing documentation, analysis, and reports.
• Improve payroll processes to increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and reduce errors.
• Resolve payroll inquiries from employees, managers, HR, and external stakeholders with clear guidance.
