Job summary

Duxi Finanzas is seeking a skilled Payroll Specialist in Mexico City to oversee the full payroll cycle across weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly timetables. You will ensure accurate salaries, deductions, and benefits while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Responsibilities include calculating severance and settlements per local law, managing IMSS/INFONAVIT/LISR compliance, and generating audit-ready payroll reports for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of full-cycle payroll experience in Mexico.
• Deep knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, LISR).
• Experience with local payroll software (ASPEL NOI, Contpaqi, SAP/Oracle).
• Strong accuracy, numerical skills, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full payroll cycle weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
• Calculate deductions and employer contributions (IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR).
• Handle severance, final settlements, and liquidations per local laws (finiquitos).
• Ensure compliance with LFT and current tax regulations.
• Provide payroll reports and support audits with accurate records.
• Serve as the main contact for employee pay questions and confidentiality.
