Job summary

ARSAN International Consulting Group is seeking a Payroll Specialist in Monterrey to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and benefits, while ensuring compliance with Mexican labor and tax laws.

The role collaborates with Human Resources to manage on-boarding, benefits setup, and periodic payroll audits, with a focus on precision and regulatory adherence.

Qualifications

• 5 years in the Human Resources department of a manufacturing company.
• 3 years in payroll processing and benefits administration.
• 3 years of experience with payroll systems and HR management software (TRESS preferred).
• 5 years Deep knowledge of Mexican labor and tax legislation related to payroll and employee benefits.

Responsibilities

• Collect and review attendance records, hours worked, vacations, and absences to prepare payroll.
• Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, and other payments per policy.
• Manage payroll deductions (taxes, social security, loans, pensions, etc.).
• Coordinate with HR to update benefits and deductions in payroll system.
• Stay updated on labor and tax laws; ensure compliance at local, state, and federal levels.
• Prepare and submit tax declarations and payroll reports on deadlines.
