Zusammenfassung

Viatris is seeking a Strategic Access Manager for Mexico to lead market access strategy and execution across public and private healthcare systems. The role involves prioritizing access opportunities, translating them into actionable account plans and coordinating cross-functional governance to optimize reimbursement, coverage and patient access.

The position collaborates with Medical, Commercial, Pricing/Finance, Regulatory, Legal/Compliance, Customer Service, Supply and Global Market Access

Qualifikationen

Requires experience in market access strategy and governance across public and private healthcare systems.
Ability to develop and execute integrated market access strategies.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with Medical, Commercial, Regulatory and Finance teams.

Aufgaben

Identify and prioritize national, regional and institutional access opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies to optimize reimbursement and patient access.
Coordinate cross-functional governance for access opportunities and initiatives.
Lead account-level access objectives, roadmaps and KPIs.
Support launch readiness by integrating access requirements into asset/brand plans.
Act as Access Account Lead for strategic accounts during build-up phase.
