Job summary

IQVIA in Mexico City is seeking a Manager for Market Access Consulting to lead multiple client engagements and oversee teams of 5–10 junior staff. You will guide analytics and strategy to address complex healthcare access challenges for top pharmaceutical clients.

Ideal candidates bring 4–6 years in consulting or analytics, strong leadership, and excellent English, with proficiency in MS Word/PowerPoint/Excel and SQL as a plus. Some travel (10–25%) may be required.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of work experience in consulting, data analytics, or related areas (master’s degree a plus).
• Project or team management experience.
• Demonstrated leadership in previous positions.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities, exceptional communication skills, strong quantitative skills, and a proven team contributor.
• An interest in and desire to learn about the evolving healthcare industry.
• Exceptional planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Excellent conversational and business English (C1 or C2).
• Willingness or ability to travel (10-25%).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple project teams to ensure effective planning, organizing, and management of analyses using large data assets.
• Lead internal brainstorming sessions and collaboration across the engagement team.
• Synthesize data into actionable results and answers client questions.
• Lead design and execution of predictive models for contracting and patient cost programs.
• Design, structure, and deliver client reports and presentations.
• Develop client relationships through effective communication and thought partnership.
• Manage junior team members across engagements.
• Oversee project work plans for engagement teams.
• Assist in identifying follow-on work and writing proposals.
• Develop deep knowledge of healthcare industry and consulting methodologies.
• Assist with recruiting and interviews.
