Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Strategic Access Partner in Mexico City to adapt global access strategies for local markets. You will contribute to HEOR studies, price proposals, and training for the Access team, reporting to the Senior Manager and Pricing Manager.

You will collaborate with researchers, vendors, and payers, applying robust methods to support market access decisions in both public and private sectors. Fluency in English is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Market Access, External Affairs, Strategic Access, or Pricing roles.
• Knowledge of systematic literature reviews, meta-analyses, predictive modeling, cost-effectiveness analyses, and budget impact analyses.
• Familiarity with Mexican HTA and payer systems.
• Business-level English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate adaptation of global access strategies to local contexts, including HEOR projects and value communications.
• Support pricing proposals and training programs for the Access team under supervision.
• Collaborate with vendors on HEOR studies and assist with interactions and presentations to public institutions.
• Apply research methods to address evidence gaps and lead market access projects across the product life cycle.
