Job summary

Emerson in Mexico is seeking a PRM Sales Manager to lead the commercial strategy for Pressure Management Solutions. You will drive growth, strengthen customer engagement, and work with customers, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.

You will manage pricing, forecasts, and budgets while expanding market presence across key industries. A travel of up to 50% is expected as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in English and Spanish for diverse stakeholder communication.
• Experience leading sales, business development, or commercial activities in industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy to achieve revenue growth and market expansion in Mexico.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team and product specialists.
• Build strategic relationships with customers, engineers, and distributors.
• Drive account management, business development, and pipeline growth.
• Expand presence in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Power, Mining, Food & Beverage, and Life Sciences.
• Manage channel partner strategies and pricing, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity to strengthen value proposition.
• Collaborate across Emerson to deliver integrated solutions and long-term value.
