Emerson Electric Co in Mexico is seeking an organized, proactive professional to manage change orders, pricing updates, and order entry across global partners. You will collaborate with internal teams to quote impacts, resolve pricing issues in Oracle/FF2, and ensure accurate data flows.

You will follow structured processes, handle ambiguity, and drive continuous improvement while communicating clearly with stakeholders and customers to keep orders moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 applications.
• Ability to quickly learn and utilize internal systems, tools, and business processes.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams.
• Ability to follow structured processes while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Foundational ability to learn and apply product knowledge.
• Confidence in managing ambiguity and adapting to changing priorities.
• English proficiency equivalent to a TOEIC score of 700 or higher.

Responsabilités

• Review change requests and determine process flow.
• Quote cost and lead-time impact with stakeholders.
• Communicate with Emerson Impact Partners on costs and steps.
• Update pricing and commissions in Oracle and FF2 as needed.
• Enter and commit orders transmitted by Impact Partners; fix unit/price/fees as required.
• Override and source items from the correct prime ship as needed.
• Adjust prices to match quotes; route emergency/service orders.
• Coordinate error correction between Impact Partner, production support, DevOps.
• Identify and initiate continuous improvement efforts.
