You will coordinate with internal teams and Emerson Impact Partners to ensure accurate cost, lead-time estimates, and proper documentation through the FLEX portal. The role requires strong analytical abilities, excellent communication, and the capacity to manage multiple stakeholders across a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Review and process change orders and determine workflow.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on cost and lead-time impacts.
• Communicate with Emerson Impact Partners on fees and actions.
• Verify documentation updates in FLEX portal and route to next dept.
• Monitor ticker-orders dashboard for process flow.
• Enter and correct orders transmitted by Impact Partners in Rep Hold.
• Resolve pricing discrepancies and ensure correct pricing per quotes.
