WTW in Mexico seeks a strategic and commercially driven leader to head our Property & Casualty business. This role owns the P&L, drives portfolio growth, and ensures best-in-class practices across the country.
The Head of P&C collaborates with Sales, Client Management, Placement, and regional leadership, reporting to the CEO of WTW Mexico and the Regional Specialty Head. The position requires advanced P&C technical expertise, exceptional client management, and a track record of portfolio
Formación
- Advanced P&C product expertise and reinsurance placements.
- Outstanding client management and resource optimization.
- Strong communication, both written and verbal in English.
- 10+ years in management roles with measurable results.
- BA/BS in a related field; Masters preferred.
Responsabilidades
- Lead the P&C strategy and manage Mexico business performance.
- Serve as senior technical advisor for P&C clients and prospects.
- Provide technical and commercial P&C advice nationwide with sales teams.
- Analyze needs and risk assessments for clients using WTW resources.
- Support sales with RFP responses and client presentations.
- Cross-sell products and introduce technical specialists to win business.
