Job summary

Infobip Ltd. is seeking a Country Manager to build and manage relationships with authorities and public sector stakeholders in Mexico.

You will shape Infobip's government partnership strategy, drive growth through local telecoms and channels, and lead and develop the sales team within the country. You will represent Infobip's values and expertise with customers, authorities, and industry groups, while coordinating with other departments to meet revenue, margin, growth, and satisfaction targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the authorities and customer relationship strategy aligned with the Regional GTM Plan
• Build long-term relationships with authorities and public sector stakeholders to identify policy direction and new opportunities
• Lead and grow the sales team, including coaching, hiring plans, succession planning, and retention of top performers
• Represent Infobip in working groups and industry events, communicating the company strategy to customers and stakeholders
• Drive revenue, margin, growth, and customer satisfaction targets and coordinate with other departments in the country
