We are seeking a Country Manager to lead and grow the Mexico office for a regulated forex/CFD broker. You will own the market strategy, P&L, and local operations while building and guiding sales, retention and support teams.

You will develop relationships with IBs and partners, work with marketing on local campaigns, and ensure full regulatory compliance. The role requires strong leadership, Spanish fluency, and a proven track record in brokerage leadership.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as Country Manager or similar in forex/online trading.
• Native or fluent Spanish with strong leadership and communication.
• Track record of growing revenue and managing teams in a brokerage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategy, growth and P&L for the Mexico office.
• Drive client acquisition, revenue and deposits in the Mexican market.
• Build and motivate local sales, retention and support teams.
• Develop relationships with IBs, affiliates and partners.
• Collaborate with marketing on local campaigns and brand awareness.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met in Mexico.
• Monitor market trends and competitive activity, report KPIs to senior management.
