We are looking for someone with a genuine passion for AI and automation who can leverage emerging tools to drive process efficiencies, streamline scheduling, and build data-driven dashboards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in high-volume, multi-region/country interview coordination, talent operations, or a similar recruitment support or operations function.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset to resolve scheduling, logistics, and operational challenges across the hiring lifecycle.
• AI & Automation proficiency using tools, prompt engineering, or workflow automation to improve efficiency.
• Data fluency to build dashboards and derive insights from hiring metrics.
• Strong executive presence to manage senior stakeholders and hold them accountable to timelines.
• Tech-savvy with hands-on ATS experience to manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong project management to prioritize and drive multiple projects in different stages.

Responsibilities

• AI-Driven Scheduling & Logistics: Own complex, multi-time-zone interview scheduling using AI tools and automation to resolve declines, optimize availability, and reduce manual coordination.
• Assertive Stakeholder Management: Partner with senior leaders and interviewers, ensure calendar availability, and enforce SLAs.
• Data & Analytics (Dashboarding): Build and maintain recruitment dashboards tracking metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Interviewer Enablement & Training: Manage interviewer training and shadowing programs to ensure a scalable pool of qualified interviewers.
• ATS Optimization: Collaborate to configure and optimize the Ashby ATS and test new features and AI integrations.
