Stripe is seeking a consultative and creative recruiter to support the Global Operations organization and build the Stripe Delivery Center (SDC) in Mexico City. You will own full-cycle recruiting, partner with senior leaders, and drive hiring strategy to hire top talent for our growing operations team.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments, excellent English communication, and a data-driven mindset to refine sourcing strategies and improve candidate

Formación

• 4+ years of full-cycle Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in house experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including business proficiency in English
• Proven abilities to attract passive candidates and build diverse pipelines
• An active and data driven approach to problem solving; you enjoy making sense of trends and using insights to improve processes

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting for the Stripe Delivery Center in Mexico City.
• Drive hiring strategy and deliver best-in-class candidate experience.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to meet headcount goals.
• Track and analyze metrics and report progress to leadership on a regular cadence.
