Job summary

Displayce is expanding its local team in Mexico City and seeks a Customer Success Manager Mexico to be the on-the-ground contact for agencies and advertisers, ensuring campaigns run smoothly on the Displayce DSP.

You will onboard new clients, run trainings, monitor account health, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with Europe-based teams to optimize delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer success, account management or similar client-facing roles in ad tech, digital media or SaaS.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, able to lead client meetings in both languages.
• Experience with programmatic advertising or DOOH is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for clients in Mexico, onboarding and guiding them through platform features.
• Run trainings, manage campaigns, monitor delivery and flag issues to Europe teams when needed.
• Grow accounts by identifying upsell opportunities and coordinating with Sales.
• Bridge Mexican clients with Europe-based Ad Ops, Product and Marketing teams.
