Astrafy is seeking its first official country leader in Mexico to drive the launch and growth of the business across the Americas. You will own the market entry, build partnerships, and establish the company’s presence from the ground up in a fast-paced tech environment.

You will wear many hats—from strategy and sales to operations and hiring—while embedding Astrafy’s values and a customer-first mindset as the regional face of the brand.

Formación

• Fluent in Spanish and English.
• Experience launching new markets or scaling a business unit.
• Strong affinity for cloud tech, especially GCP.
• Autonomous and able to operate across time zones.
• Based in Mexico (prefer Cancun).

Responsabilidades

• Build from zero: establish Astrafy legally, operationally, and commercially in Mexico.
• Drive business development: identify, engage, and close early customers in Mexico and the Americas.
• Wear multiple hats: handle strategy, sales, and day-to-day admin without delegation excuses.
• Establish the brand: be the face of Astrafy with local tech communities and partners.
• Scale the team: attract, hire, and onboard local talent as the entity grows.
