Canva México seeks a senior marketing leader to own strategy end-to-end, build a local team, and scale a 7-figure budget. You will partner with the Country Manager and leverage global resources to drive local impact in a fast-growing LatAm market.

You’ll guide brand strategy, demand generation, and product marketing while shaping Mexico’s marketing voice and strategy in a global company.

Formación

• 8+ years in marketing with at least 3–4 in a senior country/region role.
• Proven brand strategy and execution experience with cultural relevance.
• Consumer tech or B2C background with human-centric marketing.
• Curious about AI and its impact on marketing workflows.
• Strong data literacy: ROI modeling and data-driven prioritization.
• Deep knowledge of the Mexico market and consumer behavior.
• Experience managing 7-figure+ marketing budgets.
• Experience leading and developing a marketing team.
• Experience in a global company and adapting central playbooks locally.

Responsabilidades

• Set and own Mexico marketing strategy, grounded in local insight and growth goals.
• Lead full-funnel marketing across brand, campaigns, social, partnerships, and events.
• Own the marketing budget, allocate spend, track ROI, and show impact.
• Act as a strategic partner to the Country Manager, translating global strategy locally.
• Build, lead, and develop the local marketing team.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to leverage existing resources.
