ABB in Nogales, Sonora, Mexico is seeking an experienced Production Planner to convert supply plans into executable master production schedules. You will balance customer demand, capacity, and inventory to ensure on-time delivery while coordinating with SAP-based planning tools and regional teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years in production planning, advanced English, and exposure to MRP/MPS processes. Onsite role with comprehensive benefits and strong career development paths.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 4+ years in Production Planning, Master Scheduling, or Supply Chain Planning.
• Experience with MRP/MPS planning and capacity management.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP, or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule based on forecasts, incoming volume, and capacity.
• Maintain planning parameters in ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to support accurate and efficient planning.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and Material Planners to align delivery commitments and convert supply plans into executable production schedules.
• Manage MRP exception messages and coordinate with local and regional teams to resolve planning issues.
• Provide input to S&OP and short-term planning processes, identifying risks and capacity constraints.
• Drive schedule stability and proactively identify risks that may impact customer deliveries, inventory levels, and production performance.
