ABB is seeking a production leader to manage a unit in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. You will organize resources to meet production targets, drive capacity planning, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with quality and HSE teams to maintain standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, 5+ years in similar positions, and strong leadership with lean mindset; English at an intermediate level is expected. This onsite role offers growth and impact within ABB's Electrification Business.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.

Responds to resource issues as necessary.
